I have to figure something out about that ;)PrettyWomanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13258917188192550094noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7594450301080614921.post-65947030499141008982009-12-03T19:12:54.564-08:002009-12-03T19:12:54.564-08:00I'm finally easing my way back into Blogland.....I'm finally easing my way back into Blogland...feels good to be back...loved this post!

I shocked the shit out of myself the other day...well, about a week ago. The most I had jogged at one time was 3 mins, but I decided to see how far I could go, and I made it as far as you did without stopping...7 mins. I stopped at that point before I tripped and face-planted on the treadmill in front of everyone at the gym, lol. Of course, I haven't exercised in a week now due to the flu, and tomorrow evening will be my first day back to the gym, so who knows how far behind I've fallen. I guess we'll find out! I'm hoping for a decent weigh-in tmrw morning after that hideous gain last week. Be sure to stop by. :)Tammyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09903038555489140718noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7594450301080614921.post-55836381144326845142009-12-03T13:45:23.676-08:002009-12-03T13:45:23.676-08:00whooohoooo!!! congrats on your run.

Now, I'm not a real runner or anything like that, but I had gotten up to running 15 minutes continously on the treadmill which was a very big deal for me. :)
I'm sure now I can barely do 30 seconds. I have to build myself up again. I know you will meet your goal. Good luck!!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7594450301080614921.post-16739030312594355122009-12-03T05:18:06.416-08:002009-12-03T05:18:06.416-08:00When I started, I could only run for 18 seconds wi...When I started, I could only run for 18 seconds without stopping.
