Cardio Blast Day 5: My workout class was very productive, it included 30 minutes of
cardio (jump roping, skipping, and jogging in place). We also did 15 minutes of weights and abs. I was in the 100% club. 26 days to go!
All is very well in the eating department. Eating smaller portions and sticking with my boundary list.
Very short post today because all is very well.
